Drawing on over two decades of expertise, Mr. St. George specializes in financial structuring and real estate developments, acquisitions and dispositions. Since 2020, he has found much success initially as a manager and, subsequently, as the director of land acquisitions at American Homes Development. In this capacity, he is responsible for identification and procurement of residential sites for single and multifamily developments, as well as purchase and sale agreement negotiations for land acquisitions. Prior to this role, Mr. St. George was active as a land broker at Birchin Lane Realty Advisors LLC, while concurrently serving as a land acquisition manager at Century Communities from 2018 to 2020.
Mr. St. George initially began his career working as a loan officer at CWCapital Financial Services LLC from 1998 until 2004. Following this post, he was active as the director of acquisitions at Fickling and Company from 2004 to 2009. Between 2009 and 2012, he garnered expertise as a consultant at Marvin F. Poer and Company. Mr. St. George then served as an originator at Wells Fargo and contributed to their multifamily capital loans in commercial real estate from 2012 to 2017.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. St. George pursued an education at the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance in 1996. As a commitment to his field, he has been licensed as a real estate agent in the State of Georgia. Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. St. George contributes to the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Inc. organization.
