Mrs. Suter began taking an interest in investing very early in life; by the age of nine, her mother had impressed upon her the importance of investments. Her first investment was Wrigley's gum stock. At the age of 12, she opened her first checking account and her mom helped her get her first rental at the young age of 17. Christina from then on, while holding other jobs, was focused on the world of investing in rentals. In 2002 she became a full time investor and in 2004 started flipping houses. Now with 35 years of experience and over 40 million dollars purchased in real estate, Christina has acquired and sold 350 doors in California, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia and Hawaii. Of her many professional achievements to date, her proudest endeavor was in Hawaii, where she retitled a piece of land, formed a condo association, and sold the land off in parcels. She founded FIBI Pasadena with over 3,500 members as part of the For Investor By Investor (FIBI) Real Estate Network and has spoken at top industry events including the Think Realty Conference and Expo and the Intelligent Investors Real Estate Conference.
Mrs. Suter founded Ground Level Consulting, which has since evolved into Christina Suter, "Live a Rich Life" consulting. She is also the owner of Smith Magnolia Properties and previously worked in the education and childcare field. She has a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, and a Master's degree in Cellular Harmonizing Regenerative Integration (CHRIS) from the Schenk Human Energetic Institute. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a teaching credential from Loyola Marymount University.
A volunteer in her local community, Ms. Suter serves as chairman of the board of Resources for Infant Educarers and a volunteer for organizations including Kidspace, the Park Century Board and Pasadena Chamber of Commerce. She also donates to Veterans of America, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, the National Police Association and the Make-a-Wish Foundation. She is active with the Apartment Owners Association and FIBI Pasadena. Outside of work, she enjoys west coast swing dancing, and spending time with her spouse and her 13-year-old daughter.
