Since 2008, he has focused his efforts on graphic & ui design and concept art across industries, including video games, digital media, advertising and film. His specialty lies in user interface and user experience design as well as in creating concept art, creative direction and creative strategy consulting. Additionally, he has been the owner of Blanc since 2022.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Mora began his career as a designer and teacher for Fak d'Art in Barcelona, Spain in 2002 and was the designer and art director for Limón from 2004 until 2008. He also was a designer and direction assistant for OFFF, Let's Feed The Future in 2005. The same year, he served as a designer for McCann Erickson and worked with Atrapalo.com and Axioma Comunicacio in 2006. During this time, he was a designer and teacher for the IED Istituto Europeo di Design as well as a designer, illustrator and animator for HTTP COMUNICACIÓ SL.
Mr. Mora continued his career as a designer with Hanft Raboy and Partners in 2009 and was a senior designer with IndustryNext in 2009. He served as a consultant designer and art director for Digitas and for 4mm Games, LLC in 2010 and was the art director and designer for R/GA from 2010 until 2012. He subsequently was a user interface art lead and senior 2D artist for Gameloft in 2012. Following this time, he was a senior user interface designer for Insomniac Games in 2013 and served as art director for Blockade Games, LLC in 2018.
During this time, Mr. Mora was also the studio manager and art director for OpissoStudio from 2017 until 2019. That year, he served as the user interface and user experience lead for Blind Squirrel Games until taking a role as the principal user interface and user experience designer for Tencent America. He then was the creative director for Playgig in 2021, helping the company raise $10 million in startup funds within three months. Among his professional accomplishments, several of the projects he worked on have received awards, including the 2011 Bronze Cannes Lion award for his advertising campaign with R/GA, the CLIO Award and Game of the Year Awards for his Ratchet & Clank Reboot and Spider-Man game for PS4 and PS5.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Mora earned a diploma in fine arts from the Universitat de Barcelona in Spain in 2001. He then attained a master's degree in multimedia design and animation from Fak d'Art in Spain in 2003. Within the coming years, Mr. Mora intends to make his company public, determined to establish the business and make it profitable for professionals who want to be part of his vision. He is also considering diversifying and contributing more to his community by opening a consulting company, serving on the board of a community organization or investing in another business entity.
