Subsequently, she joined American Axle & Manufacturing as the human resources director for North America before becoming the human resources director of the Casting Business Unit. Outside of her work, Ms. Cintron aligns herself with the Manatee Chamber of Commerce. An expert in her field, she holds a Bachelor of Science from Rider University and an MBA from Michigan State University. Throughout her career, she expanded upon her expertise by becoming a master MER practitioner, a certified quit smoking specialist, a master practitioner and trainer of neuro-linguistic programming, and certified hypnotherapist. While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Cintron takes the most pride in watching the proverbial "light bulb" go off in someone's mind. Through her work, she also helped her brother-in-law break a three-decade-long smoking habit. Though hard work and dedication have brought her far in her career, she credits her overall success to her openness. Within the coming years, Ms. Cintron aims to help people on a larger scale and from all walks of life.
