Previously, he served as a faculty member at his alma mater, the University of Minnesota, in the endodontics division. Dr. Reeh has also guest lectured for the dental residency program at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Minneapolis.
Among Dr. Reeh's many accomplishments in dentistry, he secured two dental technology patents in 1995. His master's degree thesis has also become recognized as one of the most cited works in endodontics. Furthermore, Dr. Reeh has been published in numerous professional journals, case reports, and abstracts and has given lectures nationally and internationally before various professional groups.
To give back to his community, Dr. Reeh has volunteered at the University of Minnesota on many occasions. He has also been an adult leader for the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 9132.
Possessing a rich educational background, Dr. Reeh initially received a Bachelor of Science in chemistry with a minor in business from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery at the university's school of dentistry. He subsequently studied at the University of Minnesota, through which he completed specialty training in endodontics, a Master of Science in material science, and a Doctor of Philosophy in biophysics with a minor in engineering. Dr. Reeh received a license to practice dentistry in Minnesota and board certification as an endodontist through the American Board of Endodontics.
Dr. Reeh was elected as a fellow of the American Association of Endodontists. He is also a professional member of the American Board of Endodontics. In honor of his accomplishments, Dr. Reeh was selected for the James McCutcheon Honor Award from the University of Alberta in the school of dentistry. He was also named a Top Dentist in the endodontist category in the Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, every year since the program's inception.
