Leveraging more than three decades of excellence in international finance and investments, Ms. Blasky has earned distinction as a business coach. She focuses her efforts on providing business coaching for women looking to move out of the corporate world and into entrepreneurship. She founded her own coaching practice, The LEAP Network, LLC in 2016 and joined Mirasee, a Canadian based company in 2021. Ms. Blasky is passionate about helping women achieve their business goals by helping them think like CEOs.
Prior to her current role as a business coach, Ms. Blasky ran her own East Africa based consulting company, Vista Capital Limited, for over 20 years. She worked with various African companies helping them raise institutional capital, prepare documents for the sale of companies, advise on product development, conduct investment due diligence, and oversee a compliance and risk management program for the leading asset manager in East Africa. She also conducted training in equity analysis, retirement planning and ethics. During this time, she was an active volunteer with the CFA Institute after earning the CFA® designation in 1990 while she was an equity analyst in Singapore.
Ms. Blasky has undergone extensive coaching training via Tony Robbins' and Cloe Madanes' Strategic Intervention Life Coach Training, as well as trained to be a Positive Intelligence Coach. She is a certified trainer for Dr. Susan Jeffers' "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway" and Marci Shimoff's "Happy for No Reason" programs based on their respective books of the same name.
Ms. Blasky earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and East Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1982. Within the coming years, she intends to continue growing her business, expanding it to include a membership community to further help women entrepreneurs thrive.
