ANAHEIM, CA, March 24, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Robert L. Browne has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Drawing on more than 35 years of experience in electrical engineering and system integration, Mr. Browne has distinguished himself as a leader in his field, a resourceful professional, and a subject matter expert in various electrical, mechanical and software systems. Currently serving as a senior specialist of GPS Test Engineering Department in Navigation Systems/Space and Sensors Sector of the Integrated Mission Systems at the L3Harris Interstate Electronics Corporation, he supports the smooth transition of products from the engineer development phase to manufacturing and production. Mr. Browne previously found success in various roles across the aerospace industry, including at Orbital ATK, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics Electric Boat, BAE Systems, the Lockheed Martin Corporation, the DEI Services Corporation and the L-3 Communications CyTerra, among many others.

During the early stages of his career, Mr. Browne gained valuable expertise in engineering from his mentor Dr. William (Bill) Horton, co-founder and chairman, and senor engineering staff of Piezo Technologies and in local municipal engineering services at the Orange County Board of County Commissioners. He also served as an electrician with various companies based in Orlando, Florida, from 1991 until 1993. Prior to this period, Mr. Browne worked as an offshore electrician on an oil rig off the coast of Louisiana, having previously subcontracted on various military bases throughout the late 1980s.

Outside of his work, Mr. Browne has dedicated himself to his community by mentoring and supporting local youth, as well as helping his fellow engineers transition from college to career pursuits, and investing $1.5 million into helping those who were fatherless in need of financial support. To wit, he is the proud adoptive parent of his son, Kyle, and his daughter, Brooke. Additionally, Mr. Browne is an avid supporter on behalf of the homeless, those suffering from heroin addictions, the victims of human trafficking, and immigrants from Chile, the Philippines, Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, China and Taiwan who seek a new life in America.

An expert in his field, Mr. Browne received an Associate of Arts from Valencia Community College in 1995 and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 1996. While his career has been filled with standout moments, he takes pride in having earned a National Association of Counties (NACO) achievement award for developing an interactive analysis software tool that simplified a time-consuming utility billing process, creating designs for three different classes of nuclear submarines, and assisting CyTerra Corporation and the U.S. Department of Defense in completing the first government program to be started and completed in under one year.

The cornerstone of Mr. Browne's success resides in his education, professional mentorships, and diverse experiences in the electrical industry, which allowed him to gain practical knowledge in electric field theory. Looking toward the future, he intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career with L3Harris, where he aims to work on extending efficiencies to engineering development to production transitions. He will also look into privately branching out to the metaverse-related concepts that convert medical and robotics solutions and artificial intelligence products into devices that simulate feedback stimulation.
