For more than a decade, Mr. Cataliotti, of Cataliotti Law P.C. in New York City, has been focusing his immigration practice on complex and unorthodox matters for clients throughout the U.S. and globally. Counseling both individuals and entities, from prominent athletes, artists, and entertainers, to successful entrepreneurs, start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies, he has also advised several international media conglomerates. In preparation for his career, Mr. Cataliotti received a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Languages, with a focus on Russian and Latin, from Hofstra University, followed by a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law. After earning his law degree and having worked in multiple areas of practice within the legal field since the age of 19 years old, Mr. Cataliotti focused his own practice on corporate and entertainment transactions, along with some aspects of humanitarian-based immigration (i.e., deportation defense and asylum applications). He would eventually join a solo practitioner where he became involved in entertainment immigration, and decided his love for arts, entertainment, sports, and business, combined with a passion for helping others through immigration, was the perfect fit for his practice. As a result, he departed the firm that he was with, and refocused his own practice on corporate and entertainment transactions, along with U.S. immigration and global migration. After some years, Mr. Cataliotti would decide to focus solely on U.S. immigration and international migration, catering to a discerning and esteemed clientele from around the world.
