Born and raised in Brazil, he speaks fluent English and Spanish, besides Portuguese. His career started at Ford Motor company in 1991, after graduating in Economics. In 1996 he took a new challenge as the financial planning and treasury manager for Pizza Hut and KFC, Yum! Brands in São Paulo. Subsequently, he advanced into an executive position based in the USA, as the director of financial planning for Revlon, Inc. Mr. Moledo also secured additional prominent positions among recognized companies, including director of financial planning, corporate controller and treasurer for AOL Latin America between 1999 and 2004.
From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Moledo was the chief financial officer of Bell Microproducts Latin America, and he enjoyed a lengthy tenure with Avon Products, first as the vice president of finance for Avon Products Latin America in Miami, then as the general manager of South Latin American markets in Buenos Aires between 2010 and 2012. In 2012 he went to run Avon's 3rd largest market, based in Mexico. Mr. Moledo then returned to the USA as president for JAFRA Cosmetics International in California, where he guided company operations between 2014 and 2019.
His academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Universidade Mackenzie in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1990, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in international business from the University of Miami, in 2003. Mr. Moledo also remains committed to continuing education programs. In 2018 he completed the requirements of the Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI and Analytics program offered by the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and in 2022 Mr. Moledo earned a certificate from the Wharton School, after completing the Corporate Governance: Maximize Your Effectiveness in the Boardroom program.
