Outside of her work, Ms. McCullough has volunteered as a coach for the Springfield Park Board. An expert in her field, she became a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager through the American Bankers Association in 2015. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in her hard work and positivity. A small-town girl from Kansas, she never went to college, but still managed to go above and beyond in her work to achieve her goals.
The cornerstone of Ms. McCullough's success lay in her hard work, dedication, and resiliency. Similarly, she owes a great deal to the mentors she has had throughout her career. Although there have been obstacles along the way, she has successfully navigated her way to be where she is today.
