In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Smith has served as an ordained deacon at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Nashville.

Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Smith host the local Young Life at his home, is president of the Local Athletic Booster Club and is an active partner of Rolling Hills Community Church and member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
