Professionally, Archbishop Paul has been recognized as the president of Springfield Christian College, a dedicated institution for students aspiring to become ministers.

Archbishop Paul is a senior pastor at The Christian Cathedral in his hometown of Springfield, Massachusetts. Focused on community, worship, and purpose, the Cathedral offers weekly worship services, youth and adult ministries, and music and arts.

Celebrated for his four decades of experience serving the public and providing leadership throughout the state and city of Springfield, Archbishop Paul has significant experience in the nonprofit sector. Serving as the first Holy Communion of Churches (also known as the Holy Christian Orthodox Church), a Christian denomination, he has also served an instrumental role in expanding the faithful community, reaching more than 4.5 individuals worldwide. Additionally, Dr. Baymon has been active on the board and as the president of the New England Partners in Faith, as a third-term president of the Council of Churches of Western Massachusetts, as a chairperson of the Hope Community Development Corporation, and as a past president of the World Bishop's Council.

Professionally, Archbishop Paul has been recognized as the president of Springfield Christian College, a dedicated institution for students aspiring to become ministers. He is also the president of Epiphany Development Corporation.

Looking toward the future, Archbishop Paul aims to continue the quest of the late John Lewis. He is presently trying to pursue broadband equality and closing the gap in digital equity in communities throughout the country, particularly in Alabama. Archbishop Paul envisions a future that includes communities where everyone experiences connectivity.

Highly educated, Archbishop Paul holds a Doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Seminary Sanctus Theological Seminary. He also earned a Doctor of Philosophy at Northwestern University. Furthermore, Archbishop Paul completed coursework at Taft Law School, Wheaton College and a diploma from Harvard Business School.

Archbishop Paul attributes much of his success to his parents, particularly his mother, for exemplifying the importance of treating others with respect. He believes that everyone is uniquely made with a purpose here on earth, and through his work he believes it is essential to always maximize his potential and have as much impact as he can in the lives of others.
