An expert in his field, Dr. Williams holds a bachelor's degree in political science from South Carolina State University, as well as a master's degree in public administration and a Ph.D. in public policy and administration from Walden University. Due to his considerable achievements, he has been honored several times. In addition to being voted the Most Outstanding Staff Employee of the Year at South Carolina State University in 2020, Dr. Williams was named the Most Creative Administrative Professional in the College in 2022.
