Leveraging more than three decades of excellence in education and performance improvement, Ms. Page has earned distinction as the president and senior partner of The Institute for Performance Improvement, LLC, having founded the company in 2009. Since 2012, she has focused her efforts on providing techniques for facilitating systemic, sustainable improvement and innovation within the education industry. The Institute for Performance Improvement, LLC, is the only entity in the country to have state-validated, research-based standards for school improvement facilitation for training and certification.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Page began her career as a high school teacher and became the senior vice president of Citi and Subsidiaries in 1987. Following this time, she served the senior executive director for the Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement in 2002 until 2009 and worked with the Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement for nine years.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Page has authored numerous articles in international performance improvement journals and was a co-author with Dr. Judith Hale on "The School Improvement Specialist Field Guide," which published with Corwin in 2012. Additionally, she has been the president of Willing Learner, Inc. a performance consultancy since 2000. Likewise dedicated to civil advocacy, she supports a foundation for the local high school populated chiefly by students from low-income and minority families.

In her collaboration with Dr. Judith Hale, an international expert in performance improvement certification and accreditation, Ms. Page conducted a study that produced 10 elements for Certified School Improvement Specialists and Certified Performance Improvement Facilitators. Together they developed an evidence-based certification aligned to the International Society for Performance Improvement Certified Performance Technologist credential that reflects how the work of Human Performance Improvement is facilitated. She also created a very performance-based job-embedded training program for school improvement professionals and people who facilitate the collaborative work between those who prepare K–12 and secondary school talent and those who hire and develop workforces, community organizations, and economic development entities.

Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Page is proud that The Institute for Performance Improvement, LLC was selected by Regional Comprehensive Centers to conduct a performance improvement training program in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina for three years. She herself was featured in a piece in Training Magazine in "New Guard in Training and Development" for her work with her mentor Gloria Gery in knowledge management and performance improvement. Additionally, her book received the International Society for Performance Improvement Outstanding Communication award in 2013.

Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Page earned a Bachelor of Science in Education in language education from the University of Georgia. Well-qualified in her field, she is a Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator and a Certified Performance Technologist.

Within the coming years, Ms. Page intends to facilitate the establishment of talents nationwide by growing a collaborative coalition between Chamber of Commerce groups, the career technology education industry, and community managers who are vested in workforce development, economic development, and their community's success. She also plans to export her training program into a scalable digital model with built-in instruction to reduce the time it takes for people to achieve competency.
