Leveraging more than two decades of excellence in systems analysis and engineering, Mr. Bondali has earned distinction as a senior enterprise services architect for the research and development information technology department of AstraZeneca. Since 2016, he has focused his efforts on ensuring the operational application services are properly working with the architecture associated with those services owned by himself. He also identifies modernization opportunities associated with various business services including adopting newer technology stacks, cloud adoption, decommissioning legacy technologies and applications or consolidating services. Additionally, he is an advisory board member for the IQPC Lab Informatics and Data Analytics and is a key speaker and advisory member for Big Data Analytics IQPC Brussels.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Bondali began his career as a Systems Analyst for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in 2003 and worked in the same role for Eli Lilly starting the same year. He was an Information Systems Architect and Technology Lead LIMS for Shire (Baxter BioScience) from 2004 to 2011 and was a Systems Administrator for Baxter Healthcare from 2005 to 2008. He subsequently was an informatics systems engineer with MedImmune in 2012 until becoming a senior informatics architect for the SAS grid program for AstraZeneca in 2014.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Bondali earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University in Hyderabad, India in 1998. He then pursued a Master of Science program in Genetics from the University of Agricultural Sciences in Bangalore, India in 1999. After immigrating to the United States, he pursued a Master of Science program in Horticulture Biotechnology from The Ohio State University in 2000 and attained a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2002.
