With an impressive 18 years in his field, Mr. Antensteiner has been the vice president of Andritz for 10 years progressing in his career from application specialist to product manager and Vice President, LC Refining. Mr. Antensteiner's expertise is in overseeing product management and leading a global product organization across multiple regional entities as well as functional divisions. Prior to joining Andritz, Mr. Antensteiner worked in research and development and has a number of patents relating to technology as a result of his work. He attributes his success to his perseverance, passion for his profession, humility and respect for others combined with an ability to express complicated issues in a communicative way. He became involved in his profession because of his interest in the paper-making process while studying in Austria. The highlight of his career was introducing a new product he created called the LemaxX Spiral.

Mr. Antensteiner received his Ph.D. in Technology from the Technical University of Graz in Austria, and expanded his professional breadth with an MBA from Ellis College of NYIT.
