Since 2018, he has focused his efforts on developing turf materials and testing them in the field to ensure they are safe and effective. Additionally, he is the founder and owner of Turfscapes Pro LLC and has been the owner of Restore Central Texas since 2021.
Also dedicated to civil advocacy, Mr. McCaskill lends his expertise to the landscape committee of the Synthetic Turf Council and has previously served as a development specialist and Synthetic Turf Council certified installer. He has focused his volunteer efforts on his local community, helping to build a practice field and indoor training field for First Touch, a soccer training complex for children. Additionally, he has been a committee chair and Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America since 2002, for which he has received numerous awards, including the God and Service Award. He is a proud Wood Badger Antelope and member of OA, Honor Society in BSA.
Prior to his current roles, Mr. McCaskill served honorably in the military until receiving a medical discharge after sustaining an elbow injury. He then began his civilian career as a youth pastor/missions minister. Then as a church planter and Senior Pastor for Synod of Sun. He was also a part-time private school teacher until opening a small landscaping business that grew into three companies in 2005. He subsequently functioned as an arborist working in landscape design development and irrigation while he built Turfscapes until 2019 at which time he consolidated his companies into Synthetic Turf World. He launched a new division, Certified Turf Pro, in 2022.

Mr. McCaskill earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy, theology and counseling with an emphasis on business from Arizona Christian University in 1992. Well-qualified in his field, he also attained a teaching certification from the same institution. He is listed in Who's Who among College and Universities as well as on the National Dean's List Top 1% in the Country.
Within the coming years, Mr. McCaskill intends to develop a pragmatic system that could be used by future generations to become effective in a novel industry. He will also release patents on installation methods that are entirely safe for trees and plans to create a new method for installing turf materials that would benefit the environment. Having achieved diverse and extensive experience in his field and worked with various entities ranging from 501(c)(3) churches to multi-billion dollar companies, he holds excellence as his primary goal for all of his endeavors.
