Dr. Kevin Andre White, (DM), has been Inducted into the Prestigious Marquis Who's Who Biographical Registry



    DUPONT, WA, May 11, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Kevin A. White, DM, born in Manhattan, New York on October 8, 1962 is now included in the Marquis Who's Who registry. As in each of the Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a career field are each taken into account during the selection process.

Leveraging more than three decades of excellence in the United States Air Force (USAF), Security Forces (SF) career field, Dr. White earned promotion to Chief Master Sergeant (E9) and distinction as the business owner of "Impact Elite Consulting". Since 2009, he had focused his efforts on providing expert coaching in leadership, management, team building, protection, and professional guidance development in which he lectured installation Company Grade Officers, Non-Commission Officers, and Washington State Border patrol leadership personnel, etc. Additionally, he held certification as an American Society for Industrial Security, International (Certified Protection Professional/CPP).

Prior to his private career, Dr. White began his USAF career in 1981 by completing Basic Military Training and the Security Specialist Technical School located at Lackland Air Force Base (AFB), San Antonio, Texas. In 1982, he was assigned to Sembach Air Base, Germany where he performed duties as Close in Sentry, Access Controller, and Alarm & Security Response team leader. In 1984, he was assigned to Ellsworth AFB where he performed duties as Alarm & Security Response team leader, Fire Team Member, nuclear ADT Alarm Monitor and Dispatcher, and later graduated the prestigious Base and Installation Security Systems (BISS) course as a "Distinguished Graduate (DG)" certifying him to protect ALERT nuclear aircraft and nuclear weapon storage areas. In 1985, he was assigned to Castle AFB, California where he performed the same duties to include Flight Training Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) until in 1987 when he graduated Ground Launch Cruise Missile Course (GLCM) as "DG" and reassigned to Royal AFB Molesworth in the United Kingdom (England) as a Radio Telephone Operator working jointly with British Regiment personnel. In 1989, the USAF reassigned him to March AFB, California where he performed duties as BISS Operator, Squad Leader, Airlift Rodeo Team Leader, and deployed to Diego Garcia, Indian Ocean and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia during Operation DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM. At March AFB he also served as Police & Security Flight Sergeant, Resource Manager, and Superintendent Resources, and was promoted to Technical Sergeant (E6) and Master Sergeant (E7).

Dr. White continued his USAF career when assigned in 1995 to the Headquarters Special Operations Command (HQ AFSOC) where he performed duties as Superintendent, Physical Security, Superintendent Operations, Inspector General, and HQ AFSOC/SF Peacekeeper Team Captain. In 1999, Senior Master White (E8) was assigned to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) directorate where he performed duties as Physical Protection System (PPS) Advisor, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and Project Manager. He was promoted to CMSgt (E9) White at DTRA and was assigned to Yokota AB, Japan in 2004 where he performed duties as Security Forces Manager (SFM) to include later assignments at Manas AB, Kyrgyzstan, Joint Base Ballad, Iraq, and retiring in 2011 at McChord AFB, Washington now called Joint Base Lewis-McChord having served 30 years in the USAF!

Over the course of his USAF and DTRA journey, Dr. White laid down the framework to secure more than 50 Russian nuclear weapon, chemical weapons, and biological weapons storage facilities thereby deterring global terrorism. Dr. White also authored the DTRA "Nuclear Postulated Threat Document", which outlined justification behind the United States spending millions of dollars securing Russian Weapons of Mass Destruction.

Among his many professional accomplishments, Dr. White was awarded the Bronze Star, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, several Air Force (AF) Meritorious Service Medals, several AF Commendation Medals, a Joint Service Achievement Medal, and several AF Achievement Medals. He was also awarded the Iraq Service Medal, the Air Force Expeditionary Service Medal with Gold Border, a Southwest Asia Service Medal with Star Cluster, and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, etc. In his USAF growth he was also honored as Airman of the Quarter, Below the Zone Promotion, NCO of the Quarter, NCO of the Air Wing, SNCO of the Quarter, SNCO of the Year, and SNCO of the Air Wing. Dr. White also financially supports the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

During his USAF career, Dr. White also worked as an online college professor and facilitator via the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2017, and authored the book titled "The Neighborhood Individual Protective Guide" and the HQ AFSOC protection guide labeled the "AFSOC Handbook 31-301, Deployed Force Protection & Security Guide" designed to mentor and coach people on how to avoid unsafe outcomes leading to safer lives. Each of the accomplishments communicated above enabled Dr. White to become an exceptional consultant!

While developing his knowledge and skills, Dr. White earned an Associate's Degree in Security Administration from the Community College of the USAF in 1995 with a 4.0 GPA; a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice via American Military University (AMU) in 2003 with a 4.0 GPA; a Master's degree in Homeland Security via AMU in 2006 with a 3.97 GPA; and a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership via the University of Phoenix in 2018 with a 3.94 GPA. His dissertation is titled "Integrated Community Leadership Program Formation To Reduce Adolescent Criminal Activity: A Participative Action Research," and problem resolution focuses on educating people on how to avoid criminal acts that lead to incarceration; thus, significantly reducing crime and the need for private prison free-labor enterprises.

Dr. White is well-qualified in his field and is a graduate of eight correspondence and/or in resident leadership academies, several USAF protection-oriented technical schools, security engineering, and DOD contract and program management courses, etc.

Within the coming years, Dr. White intends to continue his work with a lifelong dream of becoming a Department of Homeland Security executive officer where he can use his knowledge and leadership skills to make America safer, more competitive in the business world, viewed more positively around the globe, while helping the nation transition to a genuine TEAM AMERICA where we work as a cohesive team to become more team-oriented, strong, and prosperous, FOREVER!
