In conjunction with his work, he contributes to his community as a news editor for World Care News and as founder of MyGran.org, another organization that aims to bridge the gap in advocacy for the elderly in residential care. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Cullen is a Fellow of both the Royal Society of Public Health, the Royal Society of Arts, and was also a trustee of The Factory of Creativity CIO between 2019 and 2021.
An expert in his field, Mr. Cullen studied industrial ceramics at Stoke on Trent Polytechnic and fine art and pottery at Stafford College of Art. While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in his collaboration with fellow CQE co-founder Harold D. Sharples, the psychologist and scientist who discovered P.A.R. (The Predictable Abuse Ratio) that has been fundamental to the growth of Care Quality Ecosystems.
