Previously, he served as a clinical faculty and researcher at the Deva Institute of Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd., Varanasi, India. During this period, he volunteered as a consultant for the Community Outreach Mental Health Awareness Program.
Dr. Bishnoi received a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Smt. N. H. L. Municipal Medical College in 2003 and completed his residency trainings at the Sheth V.S. General Hospital, Sheth K.M. School of Postgraduate Medicine & Research, and University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, TX. He attended the Saint Louis University for his geriatric psychiatry fellowship.
He also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Augusta University since 2022. Dr. Bishnoi is board certified through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
