Mr. Bliese attributes his success to his positive attitude, love for learning, and willingness to try new things.
Mr. Bliese always enjoyed cooking, but he primarily worked in the construction industry for most of his life; however, after driving a cement truck for more than 20 years, he physically could no longer endure the work. Seizing the opportunity, Mr. Bliese decided to attend culinary school, earning a culinary degree, and began working in hotel restaurants. In 2015, he was inspired to open a small catering company, which would become Johnny B's Rolling Smoke.
An active part of the Pardeeville-area business community, Mr. Bliese is a member of the Pardeeville Area Business Association and a sponsor of the Pardeeville Boys Club. When he is not busy with the restaurant, he enjoys time with his wife of 11 years, Elizabeth Bliese, his three sons and one granddaughter, as well as fishing, boating and spending time up north. Looking toward the future, he hopes to expand his business and pass it on to one of his children.
