Since 2019, he has found much success as the Chief Commercial Officer of Odessa Separator Inc (OSI), where he first served as a technical services engineer, the vice president of Latin American sales, and an engineering and technical services manager between 2013 and 2019. In his current capacity, he is responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy for the company's growth, aligning sales process to meet and exceed KPIs and managing people and teams to help them perform at their best. Mr. Gonzalez initially began his career working as an engineer at Parko Services SA from 2012 until 2013.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Gonzalez pursued an education at the Corporación Universitaria del Huila (Corhuila) in Colombia, where he attained a degree in industrial engineering in 2012. He continued his academic efforts at the Texas Tech University "Rawls College of Business," earning a Master of Business Administration in Energy Commerce in 2022. As a commitment to his field, he has been active with several industry-related organizations, including the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Permian Basin and the Beta Gamma Sigma Inc. honor society. In his career-related endeavors, Mr. Gonzalez has obtained three patents and has authored numerous scholarly articles on various case studies in the oil and gas industry.
