Following this post, he became an executive chef for Americana Hotels in 1987, working at properties in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and New Jersey, as well as the American Royal Resort in Disney Village, Florida until 1992. Between 1992 and 2001, he garnered expertise as an Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Director and Hotel Manager at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort in Destin, Florida.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Creinin has been active with several industry-related organizations, including the National Association of Realtors. Long dedicated to civic advocacy, he has been a board member on the South Padre Island Convention and Visitors Bureau and has assisted with various local community events.
