Leveraging more than two decades of excellence in commercial real estate, Mr. Del Vecchio has earned distinction as the CEO of Ethos Companies, a full-service real estate platform based in Portland, OR. Ethos Companies is comprised of three firms, Ethos Development, a multi-family development and investment company, Ethos Commercial Advisors, a real property and debt/equity brokerage company, and Meritus Property Group, a multi-family and commercial property management company. Since 2022, he has focused his efforts on establishing systems to accommodate the growth and scale of the business.
Mr. Del Vecchio is currently part of the real estate board committee of Central City Concern, a platform that provides housing, healthcare, and jobs for people experiencing houselessness and related issues and has previously served on other non-profit boards. Mr. Del Vecchio is also active in government, having supported the City of Tacoma's design review project advisory group and the City of Portland's inclusionary housing recalibration workgroup. Mr. Del Vecchio also regularly teaches classes on real estate topics at local colleges.
Prior to his current leadership role, Mr. Del Vecchio began his career as a project engineer with Lendlease. He later served as a project manager for AECOM until joining Washington DC's Monument Realty, where he became a Director. After this time, in 2008 he lent his expertise as a pro bono consultant for Femmes Afrique Solidarité, a pan-African non-profit that promotes the interests of women in business. He continued his career as an international realty specialist with the United States Department of State in 2009 and took a role with Skanska USA's Portland Oregon office in 2014.

A lifelong athlete, Mr. Del Vecchio has competed in various forms of Triathlon, including Ironman, and currently enjoys long distance mountain bike racing, paddling on the Columbia River, and skiing and hiking in the Cascade mountains and beyond with his family.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Del Vecchio earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering in 2000 and a Master's degree in engineering management in 2001, both from The George Washington University and the latter as a Trustees Fellow. Following these achievements, he attained a Master of Business Administration from the Madrid campus of IE Business School in 2008. Well-qualified in his profession, he is a licensed professional engineer and principal real estate broker. Within the coming years, Mr. Del Vecchio intends to focus on growing the company's platform more broadly, expanding further afield from Oregon and Washington.
