Mr. Conway began his career with the American International Group, Inc. in 2005. After accepting a job in a mailroom at the company, he was approached by the assistant vice president of operations, who was himself a retired veteran from the United States Army. Recognizing Mr. Conway's talents and strong work ethic, the assistant vice president offered him a team lead position, serving as a mentor to train him for the insurance industry. Following this time, he became a claims coordinator for Risk and Insurance Consultants in 2016 and was promoted to a claims adjuster and analyst later that year. Well-qualified in his field, he is a resident property and casualty licensed adjuster.
Inspired by his mother, a retired New York City Police Department veteran, to initially pursue a career in law enforcement, he ultimately decided to utilize his skills to ensure that injured workers were cared for properly and intends to continue this work, growing within his role at Sedgwick. Mr. Conway's wife of 11 years has been a driving force in his life along with his beautiful daughters and grandkids; they help him stay grounded which reflects on his everyday personality and empathy while dealing with all aspects of customers and claimants.
