Mr. Bolio has represented Alair Homes in Houston as a regional partner for southeast and northeast Texas since 2017. As a local franchise representative, he strives to maintain the organization's culture. He is also dedicated to recruiting, mentoring, and coaching the contractors and partners, and assisting them as they successfully transition their businesses. Additionally, as a contractor for the organization, Mr. Bolio collaborates with other contractor partners to support their mission of improving their sales, marketing, and other aspects of their businesses via the entrepreneurial system called EOS.
Alair Homes is notably an innovative, award-winning franchise comprising successful builders that work collaboratively to provide clients with a custom home-building experience. Established by Blair McDaniel in British Columbia, Canada, in 2007, it has since become recognized as the largest custom home building and large-scale renovation/remodeling company of its kind in the world.
Recruited to the organization, Mr. Bolio was sought after for his industry expertise. Offering him the autonomy he was looking for in a company, he became Alair's first flagship franchisee in Texas. Looking toward the future, Mr. Bolio envisions continued growth for Alair Homes in Texas.
Mr. Bolio is notably the former owner of Bolio Custom Homes, as well as ICON Electric. He also garnered recognition as a project manager at Royce Builders and an energy marketing analyst at Reliant Energy.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bolio has invested his time in various nonprofit initiatives. Most notably, he has been involved in an annual fundraising event to support the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, recently raising over $150,000 to support its mission. Mr. Bolio was awarded Houston's Man of the Year Award for his diligence.
Mr. Bolio graduated from Saint Thomas High School in 1997. He subsequently earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 2002.
To remain aware of ongoing developments in his industry, Mr. Bolio is a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association. He also serves as the chairperson of the Custom Builder Council, a member of the GHBA Executive Board, and as a director of the Texas Association of Builders.
