During an earlier stage of his career, Mr. Licata was employed by Anchor Industries in St. Louis, MO. They were a leading manufacturer of food service and meat packaging films. In addition, they also manufactured sandwich and various types of food service containers for the grocery and restaurant industries.
Mr. Licata enjoys giving back to his community by participating in Tootsie Roll Drives designed to support individuals with disabilities, which is supported through his local Knights of Columbus. He is an active member of his church and volunteers and helps direct men's retreats.
Mr. Licata studied business at the University of Missouri at St. Louis. He remains aware of developments in his field as a member of the Missouri Restaurant Association.
