Jan Goldstoff has been Inducted into the Prestigious Marquis Who's Who Biographical Registry

Jan Goldstoff promotes healers, artists and others as a longtime publicist, event producer, photographer and "golden connector."

Since 2003, she has been active with New York Women in Communications; in 2014, the association honored her with its Liz Hoover Award.

NEW YORK, NY, June 28, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jan Goldstoff has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Known as "the gal with the golden rolodex" Jan Goldstoff is a specialist in public relations and event production, having accumulated more than 35 years in the industry with over a gazillion noteworthy contacts. As a "creative", she considers one of her greatest accomplishments is the ability to create "unique" photos and capture special moments that people treasure. Having photographed several high profile events with her "red" Nikon in both intimate and enormous settings, some of her favorites include one of Deepak Chopra's book signings at the famed United Palace in NYC, a book event with Arianna Huffington and the President of NYWICI at Bloomberg, several events sponsored by WE ARE FAMILY Foundation featuring Grammy singer Nile Rogers and author/peace ambassador Mattie Stepanek, several events with Eve Ensler, and authors Joanne Lipman and Heather Shea. And while at BOOK EXPO at the Javitz Center in NYC she met and got her most treasured photo - one of Congressman John Lewis.

Her passion in life is to be a source of inspiration. She maintains a strong spiritual practice; always keeping a positive mindset and stays determined to shine the light on those people whose life work, products and services help to make the world a better place. Her tag line is: Jan Goldstoff's Four Pillars for Happiness and Success: Speak Your Dream, Find Your Team, Live Your Passions and Enjoy all the Moments.

The focus of her life shifted when she received a miracle energy healing over 30 years ago from a renowned healer. She learned the healing power of crystals, stones and minerals. She is gifted with strong intuitive abilities and insights into an individual's essence with a unique knowledge of how to promote their talents and who to connect them to. She says her one of her greatest talents is bringing people together and helping them discover their own gifts.

Another defining moment was during a visit to Michigan in 1999 and staying with a Native American family and finding herself in a sacred naming ceremony and receiving the name of meeyengen o-day quay, "Wolf Heart Woman" – meaning woman who speaks truth from her heart.

Since 1995, she has helmed her own firm, JAN GOLDSTOFF PUBLIC RELATIONS, which focuses on promoting the healers of the world, including doctors, health and wellness professionals, life and health coaches, psychics, mediums, astrologers, as well as artists, authors, dancers, musicians, singers, restaurants, and entrepreneurs. A few of her favorite clients include artist Edie Pijpers, authors Sharon Sala and John St. Augustine, singers Christina Connors and Jeff Jacobs, and pianist, composer and recording artist Steve Sandberg. Ms. Goldstoff's work has garnered the attention of Natural Awakenings NY Magazine, which has featured her business in 2019, 2022 and 2023.

Jan Goldstoff specializes in promoting individuals, rather than working with large companies and gained valuable experience working for two celebrity oriented PR firms. She held account executive positions with David Granoff Public Relations and Anne Hardy Public Relations. She worked at CBS Inc. for 20 years as an executive secretary and Office Manager.

She founded a unique Networking Group, the Golden Rolodex Group, and produced over 50 Golden Rolodex events before Covid and continues to produce these special events that are "magical with a spiritual edge". Greatly influenced by Priya Parker's phenomenal book on gathering, she gets the greatest joy creating unique networking events -- bringing people together who are from many different countries, backgrounds and industries -- to be in community. Her international travel included steering a faluca down the Nile and riding a camel in Egypt, visiting the sacred site of Machu Picchu in Peru, and traveling throughout Haiti, Mexico and Greece.

"There's no one like Jan Goldstoff in all of New York City who can bring together people for excitement, joy and networking. Her capacity to bring relevant and cutting edge material and speakers to her guests is always illuminating" - Alan Steinfeld, NewRealities TV/Radio

Having been a musician for over 50 years she has written 4 healing songs, three of which have been recorded, "Peace, Love and Freedom", "The Bridge We Have to Cross", "One by One", and a 4th to be recorded in 2023. Two are enhanced CD's with video, and all are on her website, www.JanGoldstoff.com

She has a deep passion for the healing power of the arts, and is an artist, tango dancer, calligrapher, pianist and African drummer.

Prior to embarking on her professional journey, she earned an associate degree in secretarial science from Endicott Jr. College and one of the highlights at college was to meet and type on stage on the typewriter of the world's fastest typist. She was the fastest typist at her college. Her dream was to work on Madison Avenue at Young & Rubicam after graduation and that was her first job.

As a commitment to her field, Ms. Goldstoff is a member of several industry related organizations. Since 2003, she has been active with New York Women in Communications; in 2014, the association honored her with its Liz Hoover Award. She also had been involved for over a decade with the National Association of Women Business Owners-NYC Chapter, serving as a board member, public relations chair and event photographer. Additionally, she was the Ambassador and Event Photographer for the NY Open Center before it closed in 2022 and is a donor to several worthy charities with a special commitment to Animal Rescue and Native American causes.

Looking toward the future, she intends to continue her career as a publicist, event and on location headshot photographer, and musician to complete the recording of her 4th healing song "The Circle Dance" in 2023. She believes in the power of music, art, and dance to uplift and heal the body, mind and soul. "Music can sustain you throughout life, get you through challenging times and bring you unimaginable joy." She will continue to spread the empowering messages that have guided her in life – being kind, loving, and supportive to all -- and to spread the wisdom of always telling the truth. She is most grateful for the loving parents who raised her, her loving twin sister, her loving husband who is also her business partner, and all her loving friends.
