Her company is dedicated to merging style and functionality to meet the needs of each client. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Ms. Zealy enthusiastically handles most of the hands-on aspects of the business, including the construction of cabinetry, the installation of tiling and flooring, painting, and the general task of recreating a small and efficient space her clients can fall in love with.
Ms. Zealy initially worked alongside her father from 1997-2007 as an assistant at Wrenn Zealy Properties Inc., a property management company. In addition to her first exposure to the real estate industry, she also accrued a wealth of experience in home remodeling and interior design at various properties owned by her father's clients, which further fueled an interest in architecture and design that she had harbored since childhood. Following this period, she went on to work in retail at Belk Inc., a department store chain, where she advanced to a managerial position in only a few short months.
From 2007 until 2014, Ms. Zealy was able to lay the foundation for her future success as a business manager at Belk Inc. Additionally, she often found the time to indulge in her love for creating art pieces and jewelry, which she sold on a part-time basis. Often displaying her work on social media, she had the good fortune of being discovered by DPA Entertainment Strategists, who invited her to participate in a gift suite for Emmy Award nominees in 2013.
Serving as the owner of Alice's Chic Boutique from 2013 until 2020, Ms. Zealy was invited to showcase her jewelry at various award shows in California, including the Golden Globe Awards, the Hollywood Film Awards and the American Music Awards. During this time, she was delighted to meet numerous celebrities and see her jewelry featured on both the runway and on film.
Yearning for a change in her lifestyle and the freedom to travel, Ms. Zealy bought her first camper in 2020, completely gutted and remodeled it and took to sharing content on social media about her various RV journeys. After fielding requests for advice from numerous followers and friends, who aspired to emulate her example, she established Rain2Shine Ventures and began to collaborate with other RV experts. Since then, her company has been lauded for its quality service and trendiness and has been spotlighted by such media outlets as WFMY News 2, O. Henry Magazine, and RV Enthusiast, an international magazine.
