Since 2002, she has focused her efforts on engaging in money management for retirement planning, communicating with her beneficiaries to ensure they have proper succession and estate planning in place to achieve what they need during their retirement. Prior to her current role, Ms. Khisty began her career as a design engineer with Crompton Greaves in 1991 and became a project manager for Consolidated Hoists Pvt Ltd in 1994. Following this time, she served as an assistant design manager for Hassia Redatron PKG Pvt Ltd in 1998 and took a role as a Retirement Planning Specialist for AXA Advisors LLC in 2002.
Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Khisty received a Hallmark-I designation in 2014 and Hallmark-II in 2020 from AXA Advisors LLC. The company also recognized her as a Summit Qualifier in 2015 and honored her with the prestigious Hall of Fame Medal in 2018. Apart from these recognitions, throughout her career she has been honored as a Centurion re-qualifier for 13 years. Additionally, she was nominated by her peers for a Trademark Women of Distinction award from the Trademark Publishing's Women of Distinction in 2017 and was inducted as a life member of the International Center for Cultural Studies. She is also proud to have had the opportunity to be a qualifying and life member of the MDRT- the premier association of financial professionals, from all over the world, for 14 years and qualified for "Court of the Table" membership recognition 4 times until now.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Khisty earned a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical engineering from the Govt. COEP Technological University in 1991. Following this achievement, she attained a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the Savitribai Phule Pune University in India in 1997. She has won numerous awards and medals for her excellent academic performance throughout her education. Well-qualified in her field, she is a certified as Retirement Planning Specialist with The Wharton School and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) with the American College of Financial Services.
Within the coming years, Ms. Khisty intends to continue her work with young professionals, allowing her to focus more time into a position where she can engage in business succession for her own practice. As part of this goal, she is pursuing certification as a Retirement Income Certified Professional with the American College of Financial Services. Also dedicated to civil advocacy, she plans to continue her volunteer work with youth through the Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation as well as helping people to learn meditation & stress relieving techniques through the Art of Living Foundation. She is a Certified Meditation and Yoga Instructor through the Art of Living Foundation. Currently she is volunteering to educate and invite participants to the upcoming 2023 World Culture Festival, to be held in Washington, D.C., hosted by the Art of Living Foundation, in partnership with the Washington, D.C. Mayor's office.
