He was promoted to senior trading support in 2012 and then to head of customer success in 2013. Following this time, he served as a pre-sales manager for Itiviti in 2017 until taking a role as the head of sales and account management for Genesis Global Technology in 2019. In parallel, Mr. Gaia Neto also volunteered for the New York Police Department (NYPD) for a period of 3 years. He continues his career as the Global Head of Sales & Sales Enablement for Traive Finance, where he works with multiple departments within the firm for positioning the message on how they can sell and up label reputable process. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Gaia Neto earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from St. Francis College in 2010. Following this accomplishment, he attained an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016.
