An overachiever with consistently high reviews, Mrs. Moore became frustrated by pay inequality and a lack of mobility within the company, and began to explore other career options. After taking her first pre-licensure class, she realized that she was naturally suited to the field, and she entered the industry shortly after. Mrs. Moore began her real estate career with a small brokerage, where she quickly established a reputation as a thoughtful and thorough agent. Seeking more independence and opportunities for growth, she transferred to RE/MAX after one year with the brokerage, and earned her real estate broker license. Since 2021, Mrs. Moore has been the principal broker and owner of RE/MAX Modern Realty, where she specializes in listing and selling residential properties throughout Southwest Michigan.
In recognition of her professional excellence and sales success, Mrs. Moore has been the recipient of two MLS Silver Awards, a 2018 MLS Gold Award, and three MLS Platinum Awards, and was named 2020 REALTOR® of the Year by the Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORS®. She is a three-time inductee into the RE/MAX 100% Club and a two-time winner of the RE/MAX Executive Award, among other honors. Mrs. Moore is the current president-elect of the Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors and is active in the Southwest Michigan Landlords Association, the Women's Council of REALTORS®, and the Residential Real Estate Council.
