Prior to IMC Consultants Inc, Najdat worked as senior global communications manager and adviser for King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) and before that, as a senior communications consultant for Hill + Knowlton Strategies across the Middle East market. During the early stages of his career, Najdat gained valuable expertise in the marketing communications industry from various roles at international agencies such as Oglivy, and Hill & Knowlton.
Najdat honed his expertise in driving business and marketing implementation, combining public relations and communications strategies, and marketing communications campaigns management. Outside of work, he contributes to his community through various local charitable organizations. An expert in his field, Najdat earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Hariri Canadian University and a postgraduate certificate in digital marketing from the Yale School of Management.
In recognition of his dedication to excellence in the delivery communications strategies, Najdat and the teams he worked with received several awards for their work with King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), including several international Marketing and Communication Awards. While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes particular pride in his work producing the only university specific docuseries every made for National Geographic, which allowed him to work with and lead a talented team and project partners and in doing so, learn about different backgrounds in this cross-cultural endeavor.
