During the early stages of his career, Mr. Rayetsky gained valuable expertise in the field as a construction attorney with Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, one of the country's leading construction law firms, and Goldstein Hall PLLC, a prominent affordable housing and community development law firm. Prior to that, Mr. Rayetsky worked as a law clerk at Greenblatt Lesser, LLP, a construction litigation boutique.
Over the years, Mr. Rayetsky has handled all aspects of a construction dispute, prosecuting and defending claims for base contract and extra work balance, delay and consequential damages, construction and design defects, wrongful termination and termination for convenience, lien law trust diversion and claims under mechanic's liens and bonds. In addition, he has drafted and negotiated various types of construction agreements, design agreements, consultant agreements and license/access agreements.
