During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Repetto began paying his partner travel advisors half of their commissions up front, despite their clients' trips being up to a year into the future. As the first in the industry to do so, Mr. Repetto's efforts to help his partner Travel Advisors were noticed by the Travel Industry news and by the American Society of Travel Advisors, who requested that all tour operators follow this practice.
Aside from managing his highly-successful travel company, Mr. Repetto has contributed to webinars and has written several professional papers. He has also become a professional educator at the Travel Institute, teaching travel advisors how to sell luxury trips since 2021.
A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Repetto is also the co-founder of Bebe Innova since 2005, a pharmaceutical distributor. He subsequently established NubiQ, a software company, as the co-founder in 2013. Choosing to move away from the wealth management industry, a career he maintained for nearly a decade, Mr. Repetto had worked for such organizations as Smith Barney as a sales associate of investment services, Credit Suisse First Boston as an associate of private client services, and Banco Santander as a private bank director.
Mr. Repetto has served as a leader in his community as well. He was active on the board of directors and is the immediate past chairperson and chief executive officer of the Cancer Hope Network. He is also a mentor for Master of Business Administration students at his alma mater, the University of San Francisco.
Mr. Repetto garnered a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of San Francisco in 1995 and a Master of Business Administration from EAE Barcelona. Securing himself at the forefront of the industry, he maintains membership with the American Society of Travel Advisors.
In light of his accomplishments in the travel sector, Mr. Repetto's company, Titanium Tours, was recognized as the 2019 On Location Partner of the Year, received the 2022 Travel Weekly Gold Magellan Gold Award, was named the 2023 Conde Nast Top Travel Specialist, and won the Wave Award for Best DMC Europe by TravelAge West Magazine in 2023.
