He currently manages a cash-backed euro bond portfolio of 1.25 billion, which Brockstar utilizes to secure standby letters of credit for the financing of projects. These transactions are currently being conducted through Brockstar Financial Services AS in Norway with his partner, Jan M. Opsahl and son, Trond Arne M. Opsahl.
Mr. Willis studied at Orange Coast Community College, where he undertook coursework in business management. He was bestowed with an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy from the International Royal Academy of the United Nations in 2015.
