Celebrating 20 years of success in the industry, Mr. Herbert began his career in Brooklyn, New York. As a member of the Brooklyn Board of Realtors, he served as a broker associate at HP Greenfield Real Estate, specializing in single-family and multi-unit sales between 2003 and 2017. Developing a significant portfolio, he sold brownstones, multi-unit properties, mixed-use, and commercial real estate while garnering professional skills working with sellers, buyers, landlords, and investors. Mr. Herbert also had the opportunity to represent banks as a listing broker during the economic turndown between 2007 and 2008 and mentored top real estate producers as a sales trainer.
Relocating to Denver from New York in 2010, Mr. Herbert worked for several reputable firms, including Realty Executives of Aurora, Cherry Creek Properties Inc., and RE/MAX Urban Properties. During this time, he represented countless clients and was a listing broker and representative for asset managers employed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Herbert also found success as the owner of a very profitable brokerage firm. Currently, Mr. Herbert also presides over his own real estate company, Herbert Realty Advisors, Inc.
As a leader in his community, Mr. Herbert has volunteered at AAU basketball teams in Colorado during the holiday season serving meals to the less fortunate and homeless community. He also volunteers on numerous non profits that assists former incarcerated folks find employment. He envisions continued commitment to the public and becoming involved in local committees that he feels are of value.
Highly qualified in the industry, Mr. Herbert received credentials as a licensed realtor in Colorado and acquired the short sale and foreclosure resource designation through the National Association of Realtors. He is also designated as a real estate negotiation expert through the Real Estate Business Institute. Mr. Herbert also received licensure in 2013 in Colorado in financial planning and life insurance/annuities. Mr. Herbert is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association where he serves on the Government Affairs Committee and is a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors.
