During this time, she also contributed to the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Response to Terrorism at the University of Maryland as a research assistant for the global terrorism database project. Outside of her main career path, Ms. Webb serves as the owner of Paulette's Studio of Dance.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Webb pursued an education at Skidmore College, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in business and government. She continued her academic efforts at Georgetown University, earning a Master of Arts in security studies. As a commitment to her field, Ms. Webb has been active with several industry-related organizations, including the Ohio Association of Pupil Transportation.
Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Webb is most proud of her working relationships with external stakeholders, as well as her colleagues at the Ohio Council of Community Schools, where she is highly regarded for her reliability and dedication. Reflecting on her career, she attributes much of her success to her mother, who has always been her role model as a distinguished litigator of eminent domain cases in Ohio and as a board member of the Catharine S. Eberly Center for Women at the University of Toledo. Looking toward the future, Ms. Webb aspires to continue thriving at the Ohio Council of Community Schools and hopes to expand the scope of her dance studio, while contributing more to her community.
