Specializing in marriage and family therapy and treating individuals suffering from various trauma, she is committed to helping patients get well by providing comprehensive client assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans based on their unique needs.

Dedicated to her profession, she derives great satisfaction in relating to and connecting with families and helping them develop self-love, balance, and purpose, become more emotionally stable, and maintain a sense of inner peace through therapeutic engagement.
She began her career as a psychiatric sitter at Legacy Med Staff in 2008. After nearly a decade, Ms. Hill became a paraprofessional at Cleveland Municipal School District working with youth with various emotional and mental health needs. In 2012, she became a social worker in Cuyahoga County where she found passion working with youth and families. From 2014 to 2021, Ms. Hill transitioned into serving as a therapeutic behavior specialist at Positive Education Program.
Ms. Hill has been affiliated with several local organizations supporting her community, including Black Child Development Institute and National Congress of Black Women, Greater Cleveland Chapter. She also volunteers with Random Acts of Kindness Everywhere and feeds the homeless at various shelters around Cleveland, Ohio.
Highly educated, Ms. Hill earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Cleveland State University in 2007 and a Master of Arts in marriage and family therapy from Liberty University in 2017. She also achieved a Master of Arts in marriage and family therapy clinical program with MFT honors from Northcentral University in 2023. Ms. Hill is now pursuing a doctorate in Trauma Informed Care Practice. She has held a certification as a marriage and family therapist since 2017.
As part of her continued efforts to remain abreast in her field, Ms. Hill is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
Ms. Hill was recognized by the community with an Excellent Woman Award. She attributes her success to her spiritual connection to God and her family.
