Previously, she worked as a clinician with the eponymous Natalie Perrault Counseling Services, LLC, and as a social worker for the State of Vermont, through which she served between 2014 and 2018.
During the early stages of her career, Ms. Perrault gained valuable expertise in the field of social work in varying roles with Maple Leaf Farm Associates, Inc. and NEKCA PCC. Likewise, she and five high school students flew down South to assist communities affected by Hurricane Katrina. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Ms. Perrault aligns herself with the National Association of Social Work, and the National Society of Leadership and Success. She is also a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, through which she has maintained affiliation for more than two and a half decades.
An expert in her field, Ms. Perrault holds a Bachelor of Science in human services from Lyndon State College. Subsequently, she expanded upon her professional knowledge by earning a Master of Social Work from Capella University. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in being able to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Looking forward, Ms. Perrault aims to pursue a management position in the hopes that she can continue to live by her motto, "Helping individuals heal, grow, and feel empowered to follow their journeys."
