Prior to the formation of NeuroGen Network, Ms. O'Dwyer excelled as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at OverWatch Neuro for four years. Between 2015 and 2017, she provided some of the most meaningful work of her career as a neuromonitoring technologist providing care at Cook's Children's after establishing her leadership skills as the Director of Technical Operations for the two years prior. Ms. O'Dwyer had previously contributed as a technical team manager, in which she oversaw a team of technologists based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area, between 2012 and 2014.
An active affiliate of the American Society of Neurophysiological Monitoring, Ms. O'Dwyer attributes a great deal of her success to her tendency to pursue increasingly challenging opportunities. She is extremely proud to have furthered the development of NeuroGen Network during the COVID-19 pandemic, which significantly impacted the frequency of elective medical procedures. In addition to the existing reporting and analytics platform, Mrs. O'Dwyer will release a new EMR and Telemedicine platform late 2023 for her clients while increasing NeuroGen Network's internal efficiency and profitability.
