A skilled information technology professional with more than a decade of excellence in infrastructure support, application support, systems stability and technical solutions provider, Mr. Gajjar has earned distinction as a technology leader and engineering manager for Macy's. Having joined the company as a senior analyst in 2016, since 2022 he has focused his efforts on ensuring a delightful customer experience by building their homegrown monitoring system. He oversees their middleware integration technology and operating systems and developed a functional solution for Macy's marketing loyalty system using TIBCO products, maintaining this infrastructure to guarantee high availability as well.
Before his current role, Mr. Gajjar began his career as a TIBCO consultant for Doli Systems in 2009 and became a TIBCO administrator consultant for Cargill in 2011, establishing users and pools for the companies and managing their various interfaces. Later that year, he served as a TIBCO administrator for Elavon, Inc., where he supported the integration layer for their test environments and maintained the operational procedure documents for the team, among other responsibilities.
During this time, Mr. Gajjar also worked with Resource Point LLC from 2010 until 2014, and he took a role as a programmer analyst for LBrands in 2012. While in the latter position, he designed and developed integration applications utilizing several programming languages and products. He is especially proud of his work on creating their payroll system as well as finding a method to increase floor space by moving inventory to a third-party vendor warehouse.
To prepare for his professional journey, Mr. Gajjar earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the Lalbhai Dalpatbhai College of Engineering in Ahmedabad, India in 2007. Following this achievement, he attained a master's degree in engineering with a specialty in programming from the University of Bridgeport in 2008. Well-qualified in his field, he is also a Google Cloud certified associate cloud engineer. Looking to the future, Mr. Gajjar intends to rise to a role as a chief technology officer, allowing him to fully utilize his skills to benefit the company.
