Gabrielle Andvik Lauded for Excellence in Marketing, Event Planning, and Public Relations

    BLOOMINGTON, MN, October 12, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gabrielle (Abby) Andvik has been included in Marquis Who's Who. A seasoned expert in marketing, event management, social media, public relations, and more, Ms. Andvik presently serves as the executive director of North Central Electrical League, through which she wears many hats, overseeing human resources, event planning, and more. Prior to obtaining her current role, she worked for North Central Electric as the associate director and manager of events. Before joining the organization, Ms. Andvik served as an event and marketing manager for Burl Oaks Golf Club, where she worked between 2016 and 2018.

During the early stages of her career, Ms. Andvik gained valuable expertise in the field as a high-end sales representative for Anheuser-Busch Companies LLC, and an event coordinator, assistant event coordinator, and assistant coordinator for Target Field Events for the Minnesota Twins. Outside of her work, she contributes to her community in a variety of ways as a hockey coach through Chaska & Chanhassen High Schools and has spent many years assisting with the Minnetonka Youth Hockey Association. She also likes to dedicate time and monetary funds to a variety of charities each year. She remains abreast of ongoing changes in the field through her affiliation with Associations North, and Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women.

An expert in her field, Ms. Andvik completed coursework through the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Subsequently, she became a certified food manager through the State of Minnesota and a certified beer server through the Beer Cicerone Program. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in working at such events as the Super Bowl halftime show, the 2014 MLB All Star Game, the Ryder Cup, and a variety of charity organizations. She has also helped coordinate over 175 weddings. Another standout moment has been being the first woman ever to serve as executive director of the North Central Electrical League. The cornerstone of her success lay in her education, hands-on training, and wonderful mentors. Looking ahead, Ms. Andvik intends to experience the continued growth and success of her career.
