Feazel is recognized as a premier contractor that has been in business for more than three decades. The company specializes in residential and commercial exteriors, ranging from roofing, windows, siding, and gutters to chimneys, skylights, and more.
A career in the industry that has spanned over 15 years, Ms. Teshome was recruited to Feazel from the Mid-Ohio Food Collective, a nonprofit entity based in Grove City, and known as one of the largest foodbanks in Ohio. The Mid-Ohio Food Collective has been serving many communities facing food insecurities in the area for over 40 years, delivering on average over 170, 000 meals a year. During her time with the organization, Ms Teshome served as a senior financial analyst between 2021 and 2023. She also succeeded with Smiths Medical, initially as a financial analyst from 2019 to 2020 and subsequently as a governance and compliance analyst between 2020 and 2021. Moreover, Ms. Teshome was affiliated with Red Roof Inn as a financial analyst from 2007 to 2017 and as a financial planning and analysis manager between 2017 and 2018.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Teshome aims to serve in more of a mentorship role as a coach. In preparation for her career, she received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mary Baldwin University in 2001.
In light of her accomplishments, Ms. Teshome has been recognized for her professionalism and her internal customer service skills while employed by Red Roof Inn.
