SPRING, TX, October 17, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nadjla Sahyoun Bowie has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mrs. Bowie is the founder of Be Good – Feel Good Coaching, where as a career coach, she has offered clients expert mentoring in career and self-development coaching since 2012. Her broad industry experience is foundational to the critical services she currently provides: she proudly served as a consultant for qualitative research in her home country of Brazil from 1997 to 2003 while concurrently holding the title of psychosocial rehabilitation coordinator for ACEP Nise da Silveira from 1999 to 2003. Following her work with ACEP, Mrs. Bowie acted as a mental health counselor with ICEP before accumulating additional expertise through a case manager role with ICMS-BHS, Easter Seals Inc., in New Jersey from 2013 to 2016. Mrs. Bowie's coaching technique involves, among more comprehensive services, consulting on resumes and helping clients increase their career performance, as she finds that mental health is closely linked to job satisfaction.

By offering a wide range of counseling modalities and innovative online services and interactions, Mrs. Bowie has proven herself a pioneer in the career coaching and mental health industry. She partners with both adults and young adults facing transitions in their professional lives and with those initiating their plans for career advancement. Mrs. Bowie is proud that her clientele trusts her well-researched, innovative methods in their own efforts to recognize the undeniable links between mental health and workplace dynamics.

Mrs. Bowie's industry presence is in part defined by excellent academic credentials and training. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, with clinical competence, from the Universidade Federal da Bahía in 1997 before pursuing an internship in mental health system care at the mental health department of Trieste in Italy in 1998. Her international exposure was supplemented by a transition to the United States where she pursued a Master of Arts in Latin American studies with an emphasis in political science and public health at San Diego State University, from which Mrs. Bowie graduated in 2008 and where she served as an adjunct faculty lecturer between 2008 and 2011.

A commitment to civic service further shapes Mrs. Bowie's profile. From 2001 to 2003, she served as an advisor for grants and developments with the Grupo Ambientalista de Palmeiras in Brazil, and from 2011 to 2014, she was humbled to be a volunteer coordinator with Two Brothers Foundation, an organization with which she also held membership on the board of directors between 2006 and 2016. Additionally, Mrs. Bowie has persisted since 2021 in her role as a mentor with the San Diego State University Aztec Mentor Program.

Mrs. Bowie credits the inspiration and energy gained from working with a broad network of supporters, including academic advisors and workplace supervisors. Mrs. Bowie also recognizes the roles played by her husband, sister and extended family in both motivating her to move abroad to pursue further academic achievements and helping in the advancement of her small business toward reaching a broader segment of clients.

Mrs. Bowie counts each client's individual accomplishments as notable career milestones and as reinforcement of the importance of her work. She avidly seeks to accumulate valuable insights and knowledge from client interactions and relies on a constant cycle of feedback and personal research to bolster her motivation to help others. Looking toward the future, Mrs. Bowie aims to expand her client base as her parenting responsibilities allow and become an even more valuable online resource for individual clients as well as other mental health advocates and organizations in her community. In Mrs. Bowie's view, career development and mental health work hand-in-hand to improve quality of life for her clients.
