Ms. Dapp graduated from Castle College in 1995 with an associate degree in business science. Highly qualified in her industry, Ms. Dapp received certification as a wedding and event planner through the QC School of Wedding and Event Planning in 2010 and as a "Distinguish Graduate" through the Association of Bridal Consultants Professional Development Program in 2011. She is also open-water scuba diving certified. Active in her professional community, Ms. Dapp remains a prominent member of the Association of Bridal Consultants.
Highlighting her success, Ms. Dapp's company was named Best of Salem in Event Planning in 2016.
