He earned such accolades as the Combat Infantry Badge, Air Medal with V Device with Numeral 2, Bronze Star Medal, Army Aviation Aircraft Crewman Badge, Vietnam Service Medal with three Bronze Stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal with 60 Device, National Defense Service Medal, and Unit Awards and Citations issued by the Republic of Vietnam. He also received the Cross of Gallantry with Palm Citation Badge, Civil Actions Honor Medal and First Class Unit Citation Badge. Mr. Gregory received the Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Silver Star, a foreign individual award issued by the Army of the Republic of Vietnam.
