HARRAH, OK, November 06, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present Beth A. Lockhart with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Ms. Lockhart celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

After a long and successful career in the military, Ms. Lockhart began focusing her time on her artwork, something she frequently did to pass the time while deployed serving her country. As the owner of Dragon's Lair for the past 30 years, she has developed a substantial portfolio of work, primarily in an acrylic oil medium ranging from western motifs and gourd birdhouses, decorated eggs, painted skulls, and more.

Passionate about making unique and interesting pieces of artwork, Mr. Lockhart has been featured in numerous art shows demonstrating her work, as well as the Oklahoma State Fair, Medieval Fair, and Rose Rock Festival. She also attends conventions, one of which she contributed between 10-15% of her profits to charity. Ms. Lockhart plans to participate in the holiday Santa Market this winter, through which all proceeds go to benefit Alzheimer's disease.

Ms. Lockhart graduated with her high school diploma in 1979. She served in the U.S. Air Force for 14 years as an aircraft avionics systems specialist on the Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) at Tinker Airforce Base from 1980 to 1994. She transferred to the Oklahoma National Air Guard and completed seven years with the ONAG. From 1994 to 2001 she worked at the U.S. Department of Defense from 2000 to 2022 working the KC-135 Tanker Depot at TAFB.

Garnering recognition from other artists has been instrumental in Ms. Lockhart's ongoing success. She also draws a sense of satisfaction in having a loyal customer base who are familiar with her work. Much of Ms. Lockhart's work has notably been inspired by her personal experiences and sense of fulfillment. Regarding her tenured career in the military, Ms. Lockhart was once recognized as the Mechanic of the Month during the late 1980s. Grateful for her success in the Air Force, she also met her husband in the service, a retired aircraft electrician.
