Originally from Kauai, Hawaii, Shawnalei is a natural relationship-builder. Ms. Tamayose first sought an education at Hawaii Pacific University, where she completed coursework in finance. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Devry College of New York and a certificate in negotiation from Harvard Business School Online.
Prior to joining the APT212, she served as sales director of condo developments at Compass for the #10 ranked team in the WSJ and condo development agent for the #1 team in NYC at The Corcoran Group. Earlier in her career, she was the senior sales associate with Gaia Real Estate and managed a prominent brokers business at Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
Outside of real estate, Shawnalei is a strong believer in giving back to the community through both time and contributions. She is an active volunteer for New York Cares and supports No Kid Hungry foundation, Charity Water and St. Patrick's Cathedral. She enjoys singing, acting, cooking, dancing, playing tennis, golf and abstract painting.
