Further, he earned a master's degree in public administration from Purbanchal University in 2005 and a master's degree in economics from Tribhuvan University in 1984. In addition to his professional endeavors, Dr. Pudasaini has been recognized for his contributions to various organizations. He served as the chief election commissioner for the America Nepal Society in 2017 and has held roles as president and senior vice president within the same organization. He is also a life member of both the Public Administration Association of Nepal (PAAN) and the Management Association of Nepal (MAN). As an author, Dr. Pudasaini has published his dissertation titled "Factors that Influence Online Business in Nepal" through ProQuest.
On a personal note, Dr. Pudasaini is married to Sabitri Pudasaini and they are the proud parents of two children: Tapan and Srijana Pudasaini. In his spare time, he enjoys writing and is set to release his debut book on business management within the next month.
